Job Summary: Responsible for ensuring progress, organization, and quality of construction execution, monitoring the schedule, managing the team, materials, and safety. Key Highlights: 1. Team and material coordination **JOB OBJECTIVE** Responsible for maintaining progress, organization, and quality of construction execution, ensuring adherence to deadlines, recording construction progress through completion of the RDO [Work Report], and managing the team, PPE, and construction materials. * **Responsibilities:** * Conduct daily DDS (Daily Safety Dialogue) meetings with the team to present planned activities and reinforce everyone's commitment to safety and construction quality * Identify which PPE [Personal Protective Equipment] the team requires and coordinate material withdrawal with the Safety Technician department. * Complete Work Permits (PTs) * Perform team release checklists, verifying that PPE matches the day’s activity and that all required materials have been collected. * Assign team members to serve as site watchmen during daily construction execution. * Review and sort project drawings to assign tasks to teams and release workers to the field. * Monitor field teams’ execution throughout the day to ensure the project remains on schedule and is executed to a high standard. * Take photos of construction progress for RDO preparation. * Prepare the RDO [Work Report] in the designated application to provide visibility into the project’s construction status. * Inspect 5S organization, monitoring cleanliness and proper storage of tools. * Receive visits from immediate supervisors to present the construction progress. * Coordinate and organize the worksite according to 5S principles, ensuring a clean environment for the following day. **REQUIREMENTS / SPECIFICATIONS** * Education: Completed high school * Preferred: Microsoft Office * Minimum Experience: 3 years * Required Training for the Role: NR35 and NR33 **Benefits:** * Meal allowance * Breakfast 1 * Transportation allowance or fuel allowance * Attendance bonus * Health and dental insurance * TotalPass * Day off (one day off on your birthday) Compensation: Starting at R$3.002,60 per month Work Location: On-site
