Its objective is to help companies identify and leverage their growth potential. **Responsibilities:** Guide the organization, storage, and identification of materials on-site and in the warehouse to improve logistics distribution at construction sites. Perform and monitor technological control of the construction project, ensuring the quality of materials used in critical processes. Manage the organization, control, and updating of construction project documents, including receipt, plotting, field release, and list control. Support and guide the team—alongside the Site Supervisor and Production Engineer—in conducting service inspections and correctly completing quality control forms. Initiate and follow up on corrective and preventive action reports (CAPA). Support construction sites and headquarters in maintaining and improving the Quality Management System. Conduct analyses to update and improve procedures, forms, work instructions, and documents of the integrated management system. Deliver and monitor training sessions to enhance construction site production processes related to quality control. Conduct bi-monthly quality assessments on construction sites, verifying correct application of procedures and work instructions. Assist in planning the annual internal audit schedule and monitoring quality indicators. Monitor and disseminate indicators related to supplier evaluations, non-conformities, customer complaints, and satisfaction surveys. Previous experience as a Quality Analyst, Quality Technician, Quality Coordinator, or Quality Inspector may indicate alignment with some responsibilities of this position.
