Job Summary: Professional to work in quality and food safety management, focused on indicator analysis, root cause investigation, and continuous process improvement. Key Highlights: 1. Responsible for complaint indicators and deviation analysis. 2. Conducts food safety investigations with corrective actions. 3. Supports the development and control of quality management documents. **Description and Responsibilities:** **Working Hours:** Business hours (08:00 to 18:00\) **Level:** Operational **Employment Type:** Permanent – CLT * Responsible for closing and monitoring the complaint indicator, preparing materials and presentations for weekly meetings, including analysis of major deviations and results. * Conducts root cause investigations related to food safety, proposing and managing corrective and preventive actions, ensuring deadlines, recordkeeping, and verification of effectiveness. * Supports the development, review, and control of quality management system documents, and contributes to continuous improvement projects and other activities related to quality and food safety management. **Requirements:** * Completed or currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Food Engineering or Food Technology; * Ability to work effectively in a team; * Availability to work business hours; * Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office suite; * Familiarity with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) for food and relevant regulatory requirements; Preferred Qualifications: * Experience with documentation, regulatory standards, and FSSC certification.
