Your mission is to ensure quality and biosecurity across grandparent farm operations through process monitoring, audits, and indicator management, guaranteeing compliance, standardization, and continuous improvement. Responsibilities and Duties * Support veterinarians in quality and biosecurity routines at grandparent farms * Conduct internal audits and follow up on action plans * Implement and sustain the 5S program at farms and hatcheries * Monitor quality and performance indicators * Deliver and document training for operational teams * Support standardization and implementation of sanitary and operational procedures * Oversee document management and self-control routines * Investigate deviations and address non-conformities * Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations * Support process traceability * Facilitate communication between technical and operational teams * Support maintenance of the quality management system and sanitary programs Requirements and Qualifications * Bachelor’s degree in Veterinary Medicine, Animal Science, Food Engineering, Agricultural Engineering, or related fields * Experience in quality routines within the poultry sector, preferably with heavy breeders and/or hatcheries * Experience in internal audits, training delivery, and application of methodologies such as 5S * Experience in monitoring performance indicators and tracking action plans * Experience in process standardization and document management * Knowledge of quality tools (5S, PDCA, root cause analysis), biosecurity, and field operational routines * Driver’s license category B * Willingness to reside in Paracuru – CE Additional Information * Meals provided at the workplace; * Basic food basket; * Health insurance plan; * Dental insurance plan; * Group life insurance; * Birthday day off (Day Off); * Psychological counseling benefits; * Pharmacy benefits; * Annual Profit Sharing Program; * Partnerships with educational institutions; * TotalPass; * Education assistance; * Unicialne (Corporate University).
