Project and cross-functional team coordination Porto Franco Brazil Operations: Manufacturing, Production, Maintenance, and Utilities **Job Description \- External Recruitment** **WHO INSPIRES US?** * Professionals aligned with our values of integrity, respect, and teamwork; * Analytical mindset, critical thinking, and systemic vision; * Proactivity, initiative, and solution-oriented focus; * Ability to influence and build trust-based relationships. **WHAT DO WE EXPECT FROM YOU?** * Completed undergraduate degree; * Basic English proficiency; **WHAT WILL YOU DO?** * Ensure Process Safety Management (People \- TPS), aiming to prevent TPS incidents; actively participate in the PSM (Process Safety Management) subcommittee; * Drive innovation, continuous improvement, and resolution of chronic, highly complex operational issues in soybean crushing, grain receiving, refining, packaging, and utilities areas — ensuring personnel and facility integrity and maximizing process efficiency; * Develop general projects for the soybean crushing, grain receiving, and utilities areas in accordance with ADM standards and submit them via the Maximo system, advocating for and securing project approval. Execute projects using the WAVE platform and ensure accurate completion of FEL documentation; * Coordinate implementation of proposed and approved projects, adhering to timelines and budget constraints, evaluating progress and enhancing efficiency and productivity in collaboration with the respective technical area; * Lead cross-functional teams to resolve complex, chronic issues related to soybean crushing, grain receiving, and utilities, while contributing new ideas aligned with the FI pillar of PE; * Consult equipment manufacturers and suppliers, external consultants/engineering firms, operational professionals, and third parties associated with soybean crushing, grain receiving, and utilities to introduce innovation and new knowledge; * Support analysis of new processes and improvements or simplifications of existing ones to increase reliability and control installation and operational costs, following ADMway; * Familiarity with maintenance management systems such as Maximo or similar, including setup and usage.
