Job Summary: Develop and optimize machining programs for CNC Lathes, monitor production, and analyze technical drawings to ensure part quality. Key Highlights: 1. CNC Lathe Program Optimization 2. Focus on Reducing Rework and Waste We are looking for a **CNC Programmer** to join our team! **Responsibilities:** * Develop machining programs for parts on the **CNC Lathe**, in accordance with engineering department project requirements, to program the machine for cutting; * Monitor part machining and correct the program when necessary, using software features and devices to avoid raw material waste and part rework; * Analyze engineering department drawings to verify whether any obstacles exist in the drawing or on the machine that would prevent part manufacturing, and promptly communicate such issues or difficulties to the supervisor to minimize rework and scrap risk. **Requirements:** * Completed High School education; * Technical course in Machining Center Programming, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Automation, or related fields is preferred; * Availability to work during one of the following shifts: 2nd shift (Monday to Friday, 2:20 PM to 10:35 PM; Saturdays, 11:40 AM to 5:20 PM) OR 3rd shift (Sunday to Friday, 10:35 PM to 6:00 AM). **Interested?
