PCP Assistant

Job Summary: This role involves supporting production planning, monitoring orders and performance indicators, updating controls, analyzing stock, and interacting with various departments. Key Highlights: 1. Support production planning and scheduling. 2. Monitor production orders and performance indicators. 3. Interact with departments such as Production, Purchasing, and Logistics. RESPONSIBILITIES: * Support production planning and scheduling according to demand, production capacity, and material availability; * Monitor production orders, data entry, and performance indicators (productivity, efficiency, delays, losses); * Update and maintain PCP controls, spreadsheets, and systems; * Assist in analyzing raw material, work-in-process, and finished goods inventory; * Interact with departments such as Production, Purchasing, Logistics, and Sales to ensure smooth operational flow; * Identify deviations from the plan and support proposing corrective actions; * Generate management reports for production monitoring. REQUIREMENTS: * Completed high school education (higher education or technical degree in Administration, Production Engineering, Logistics, or related fields is desirable); * Basic knowledge of PCP, production processes, and inventory control; * Intermediate Excel skills (spreadsheets, controls, indicators); * Organizational skills, attention to detail, and good communication; * Ability to work under deadlines and handle multiple tasks. * Prior experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment; * ERP system knowledge; * Familiarity with performance indicators (KPIs) and continuous improvement; * Willingness to work in Sertãozinho; * ♿Our selection process embraces diversity. **BENEFITS:** * Meal Allowance; * Chartered Transportation; * Health Plan; * Dental Plan; * Daycare Assistance; * Life Insurance; * Profit Sharing Program (PLR); * On-site Restaurant; * Educational Institution Partnerships.
