**Main Responsibilities:** Assists in food preparation and pre-preparation, including cutting, portioning, and preparing cold dishes. Contributes to plating and presentation of dishes, ensuring consistency and quality. Supports chefs in various tasks and in cleaning kitchen utensils. Maintains a clean, organized kitchen in compliance with food hygiene and safety standards. **Requirements:** Completed high school education. Experience as a kitchen assistant, preferably in restaurants or hotels. Basic knowledge of culinary techniques and food safety. Ability to follow instructions, work under intense pace, and perform physical tasks. Attention to cleanliness, organization, and detail.
