Key Responsibilities: \- Team leadership; \- Managing leads and performance metrics; \- Ensuring excellence in digital customer service; \- Developing and training the team; \- Managing CRM, processes, and results; \- Monitoring digital marketing activities, traffic management, and websites; \- Leading the implementation of Artificial Intelligence solutions in the Web Central. Requirements: ✔ Experience in team leadership; ✔ Experience in sales, digital customer service, or Web Central; ✔ Knowledge of CRM, performance metrics, and process management; ✔ Knowledge of digital marketing, traffic management, and websites; ✔ Analytical, organized, communicative, and results-oriented profile; ✔ Interest in technology and Artificial Intelligence. Preferred Qualifications: \- Experience in the automotive sector; \- Knowledge of Artificial Intelligence; \- Experience in digital transformation projects.
