Coordination with repair shops and evaluation of estimates Our employees are responsible for customer service related to vehicle maintenance and claims, directly engaging with repair shops, controlling estimates, and monitoring completed services. The goal is to ensure efficient and effective fleet maintenance management. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** Provide prompt and courteous customer service. Serve customers by scheduling maintenance and claims with suppliers (via WhatsApp and phone calls). Monitor incidents. Coordinate with repair shops. Evaluate mechanical estimates. Register suppliers.
