Vehicle maneuvering Responsible for providing administrative and operational support for the company's fleet management, ensuring information organization, driver assistance, and support for requests related to documentation, traffic fines, deadlines, and internal processes. The professional may also perform occasional vehicle maneuvers within company premises or at authorized locations, always adhering to safety regulations. The position title for this role is: Relationship Assistant. **Responsibilities:** * Clarify inquiries regarding billing, operations, documentation, and other fleet-related processes. * Monitor deadlines, requests, and customer demands concerning vehicles. * Check notifications of traffic fines not received by drivers and assist in identifying responsible parties. * Ensure driver and fleet data are always up-to-date in internal systems. * Support administrative routines related to fleet management. * Perform occasional vehicle maneuvers when necessary for internal relocation, organization, inspections, or operational activity support. Requirements: * Completed high school education. * Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree is considered a plus. * Familiarity with fleet management and/or the automotive industry is desirable. * Intermediate-level Excel proficiency. * Valid Brazilian driver's license (Category B). **Additional Information** * Compensation: R$ 2\.728,00 CLT; * Benefits: Medical and dental insurance, life insurance, meal allowance, and transportation allowance; * Working hours: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM; * Work model: On-site; * Location: South Zone/SP.
