Focus on continuous improvement and resource optimization **Description and Responsibilities:** **Schedule:** Monday to Friday, from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM **Level:** Supervision/Coordination **Employment Type:** Permanent – CLT We are seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead area activities, ensuring fleet availability, reliability, and optimal performance. This professional will be responsible for supervising preventive and corrective maintenance, monitoring area KPIs, and proposing continuous process improvements. They will also manage and develop the technical team, ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and operational efficiency standards. We seek a candidate with strong leadership, organizational, and decision-making abilities, and an analytical mindset to identify failures and optimize resources. **Requirements:** ***Requirements*** **Education:** * Completed high school * Technical course in Mechanics, Electromechanics, Mechatronics, or related fields (preferred) * Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering, or related fields (preferred) * Experience: * Minimum of 5 years of experience in maintenance * Prior experience in team management or supervision**s** **Technical Knowledge:** * Preventive and corrective maintenance of vehicles/equipment * Diagnosis of mechanical and electromechanical failures * Maintenance Planning and Control (MPC) * Maintenance KPIs (availability, MTBF, MTTR, costs) * Safety, quality, and operational process standards **Skills and Competencies:** * Leadership and team development * Decision-making under pressure * Organization and planning * Strong interpersonal communication * Analytical profile with focus on continuous improvement **Benefits:** School Kit, Health Insurance, Dental Insurance, Meal Voucher, Food Voucher, Transportation Voucher
