Job Summary: The professional will be responsible for overseeing fleet maintenance, directing vehicles for inspection, quoting vehicle parts, monitoring documents and traffic violations, as well as analyzing operational costs. Key Highlights: 1. Full management of vehicle fleet maintenance and documentation 2. Cost report analysis for fleet optimization 3. Support to management in vehicle monitoring and telematics * Monitor the company's vehicle fleet maintenance needs, scheduling repairs and servicing as required according to the maintenance plan; * Direct new vehicles for inspection during the period requested by the dealership; * Quote purchases of vehicle items and parts; * Monitor vehicle documents (registration, insurance, IPVA, etc.) and ensure timely updates; * Conduct inquiries and research with the risk management provider; * Perform vehicle checklists; * Provide support to management in vehicle monitoring and telematics. * Identify traffic violations, confirm the driver in the monitoring system, and report them to the competent authorities within the established deadline; * Analyze fleet operational cost reports and implement actions to reduce expenses; Compensation: R$1\.683,68 \- R$2\.804,70 per month Benefits: * Medical assistance * Dental assistance * Fuel allowance * Food basket * Life insurance * Meal voucher * Food allowance Education: * Completed high school (Preferred) Experience: * Fleet Management (Mandatory) * Microsoft Excel (Mandatory) Work Location: On-site
