Process optimization and performance indicator management An environmental services company is seeking a Logistics Operations Manager in Piracicaba. **Responsibilities:** Supervise shift teams and supervisors, organize work schedules, delegate tasks, and ensure operational discipline. Coordinate internal material handling, transportation, and supply to guarantee continuous material flow and adherence to the production plan. Monitor availability and maintenance of heavy-duty fleet, including wheel loaders, excavators with specialized attachments, off-road trucks, and knuckle-boom cranes. Ensure strict compliance with regulations, conduct risk analyses, supervise work permits, and promote a prevention-oriented culture. Manage performance indicators (KPIs), set productivity targets, and lead Lean/PDCA initiatives for process optimization. Previous roles such as Logistics Coordinator, Operations Supervisor, Supply Chain Manager, or Logistics Director may indicate alignment with some responsibilities of this position. Bachelor’s degree required.
