Inventory and stock control **Job Description** The professional will be responsible for supporting and executing logistical procedures. They will also **manage and plan transportation processes**, with a special focus on **fleet management**, ensuring **operational efficiency, safety, and cost reduction**. **Main Responsibilities** * Support daily logistics activities; * Manage and plan transportation, focusing on fleet management; * Control inventory and conduct stocktaking; * Track orders from request to final delivery; * Issue invoices, shipping guides, and other dispatch documents; * Monitor and manage suppliers and deadlines; * Analyze fleet performance indicators (costs, maintenance, vehicle utilization); * Create and update logistics performance reports. **Requirements** * Bachelor's degree completed or in progress in **Business Administration, Logistics, Production Engineering**, or related fields; * **Solid experience in fleet management** (routes, maintenance, vehicle documentation); * Knowledge of the **Mubisys** system (or similar); * Proficiency in **Intermediate or Advanced Excel**; * Proactivity, strong communication skills, and teamwork ability; * Discretion and commitment to information confidentiality. **Additional Information** * **Salary:** To be negotiated * **Meal Allowance:** BRL 30.00/day * **Transportation Allowance:** Based on need * **Working Hours:** Monday to Thursday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM | Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM **Interested Candidates:** 1199250-3591 or dp1@caetevisual.com.br Employment Type: Permanent CLT Compensation: BRL 1,655.73 - BRL 2,737.82 per month Benefits: * Food Allowance * Meal Allowance * Transportation Allowance
