Job Summary: Responsible for monitoring and controlling the company's vehicle fleet, ensuring appropriate, safe, and efficient usage, while overseeing vehicle tracking systems. Key Highlights: 1. Monitor fleet vehicles daily via tracking system 2. Identify and record route deviations and operational incidents 3. Propose operational improvements based on data and historical records Responsible for monitoring and controlling the company's vehicle fleet, ensuring appropriate, safe, and efficient use of automobiles. Primarily oversees vehicle tracking systems, identifying route deviations, signal failures, and behaviors outside established operational standards. Main Responsibilities Monitor fleet vehicles daily via the tracking system. Identify and record route deviations, speeding, unplanned stops, and loss of tracker signal. Contact driver supervisors to clarify incidents and document justifications. Generate daily and weekly fleet performance and movement reports. Monitor utilization and consumption indicators (mileage, usage time, fueling, etc.). Manage preventive and corrective vehicle maintenance schedules. Support vehicle release and retrieval processes. Update driver and vehicle registrations on control platforms. Propose operational improvements based on tracking data and incident history.
