Operations Analyst/Junior **Work Location:** Cariacica/Espírito Santo. **Salary:** R$3\.604,00 **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, 08:00 to 17:48 (Availability for Saturday work when necessary) **Benefits:** Meal allowance (deducted from paycheck); Transportation allowance (deducted from paycheck); Health insurance (with payroll deduction and co-payment); Dental insurance (with payroll deduction); Life insurance including funeral assistance and additional driver-hour coverage. **Responsibilities:** Manage and control the branch's service orders; Provide customer support, offering technical and commercial assistance for parts; Monitor internal inventory to ensure organization and minimize losses; Track equipment fleet via CRM system, ensuring deadlines are met and analyzing information added by technicians; Prepare and send commercial proposals for repairs and parts sales; Perform administrative tasks such as document organization, file control, and general branch support; Monitor vehicle fleet to ensure adherence to maintenance schedules and emergency repairs, reporting to Head Office Administration; Schedule on-site technical visits to customers and track service execution; Manage meeting schedules with manufacturers. **Technical Requirements:** Experience in administrative or commercial areas; Proficiency with CRM systems and management tools (ERP experience is a plus); Strong document organization and file control skills; Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) **Minimum Education:** Bachelor's degree
