Billing process management and monitoring **Description and Responsibilities:** **Working Hours:** 8 AM to 6 PM **Level:** Professional **Employment Type:** Service provider \- legal entity Implement systems and processes / control logistics operational activities, preparing and analyzing reports to monitor departmental routines, guiding and resolving issues / Plan and optimize material and product flow / Guide teams under responsibility, ensuring discipline within each assigned task / Provide advisory support in the commercial area for proposal development or evaluation of new projects, understanding client needs as well as negotiating with existing suppliers and clients, collaborating with other involved departments / Monitor and track billing submissions for executed operations, as well as the entire process across other departments until completion of the workflow / **Requirements:** Currently pursuing a Bachelor\'s degree (management-related fields) Valid driver\'s license Basic computer skills Experience in logistics operational activities Knowledge of inventory, procurement, and fleet management Customer support (commercial area knowledge is a plus); **Benefits:** Meal allowance, Food allowance, Transportation allowance
