Fleet maintenance tracking **About the opportunity:** We seek a **Junior Logistics Analyst** to ensure support for logistics operations through route monitoring, cost control, and fleet maintenance tracking, contributing to the fulfillment of pickup and delivery schedules. **Responsibilities:** * Perform verification of operational, pickup, and cargo manifest reports via the Coala system, ensuring accurate recording of departure and arrival times (at client and company locations), as well as the weight of collected linens, guaranteeing compliance with regulatory requirements. * Validate linen weighing data, ensuring consistency between the system and pickup reports. * Monitor vehicle routes using the tracking system, verifying adherence to planned routes and schedules. * Control and analyze operational indicators (fleet maintenance, fines, overtime) using spreadsheets, and track preventive and corrective maintenance plans for the fleet, ensuring vehicle availability. * Control and analyze logistics costs per route, including fuel consumption, mileage, and toll expenses. * Analyze logistics costs per route, including fuel, mileage, and tolls, preparing periodic analyses and keeping corporate spreadsheets up to date. * Identify, record, and address non-conformities related to the SGI, supporting continuous improvement. **Requirements:** * Completed Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Administration, or Engineering * Knowledge of logistics routines (route planning, transportation, pickup, and delivery) * Intermediate proficiency in Excel and Power BI * Flexibility to adjust working hours for shift changes and occasional support **Preferred Qualifications:** * Familiarity with management systems (logistics systems such as Coala, Tracking) **Working Hours:** * Monday to Thursday: 7:50 AM to 6:00 PM; Friday: 7:50 AM to 4:10 PM **Must reside in Jundiaí, Louveira, Várzea Paulista, Itupeva, or Cajamar** Minimum Education Level: Bachelor’s Degree Desired Education: * Production/Industrial Engineering, Bachelor’s Degree * Logistics, Bachelor’s Degree * Business Administration, Bachelor’s Degree * Shuttle service * Cafeteria * Basic food basket * Medical plan * Dental plan
