




Job Summary: A professional responsible for monitoring and controlling vehicle fleets, including vehicle management, maintenance, traffic violations, and accidents, as well as communication with customers and suppliers. Key Responsibilities: 1. Management of deployment and demobilization of brand-new vehicles 2. Monitoring and handling of vehicles undergoing maintenance 3. Monitoring of traffic violations and accidents Monitor and control the deployment of brand-new vehicles and the demobilization of vehicles scheduled for replacement. Monitor and handle all vehicles undergoing maintenance (e.g., liaising with suppliers, receiving quotations, entering data into the system, contacting drivers and managers to update status). Monitor and track traffic violations committed by drivers (e.g., extracting reports from the traffic fine portal, sending links to customers, updating emails associated with fleet license plates). Release of reserve vehicles. Manage and request documents from drivers involved in accidents and traffic incidents. Communicate with third-party drivers to explain Movida's internal procedures and update status. Directly liaise with internal departments responsible for handling customer requests. Receive lease measurement reports and additional charges for analysis and forwarding to customers.
