




Job Summary: The professional will monitor and handle vehicles undergoing maintenance, traffic violations, and accidents, as well as manage the release of reserve vehicles and communication with customers and internal departments. Key Highlights: 1. Full management of vehicle maintenance and customer communications 2. Monitoring and follow-up of traffic violations and accidents 3. Release of reserve vehicles and contact with third-party drivers Monitoring and handling of all vehicles under maintenance; the role includes managing a customer portfolio. Monitoring and tracking of traffic violations committed by drivers (e.g., extracting reports from the traffic fine portal, sending links to customers, updating emails associated with fleet license plates). Release of reserve vehicles. Control and request of documents from drivers involved in accidents and traffic incidents. Contact with third-party drivers to explain procedures. Direct communication with internal departments responsible for handling customer requests. Receiving lease measurements and additional charges for analysis and forwarding to customers. **Minimum Education:** High School Diploma (Secondary Education) Health insurance, dental insurance, transportation allowance, meal allowance.
