Support to management in vehicle monitoring and telematics A transportation company is seeking a Fleet Analyst in Itaitinga. **Responsibilities:** Monitor the company's fleet vehicle maintenance needs, arranging repairs and servicing as required, following the maintenance schedule. Direct newly acquired vehicles for inspection within the timeframe requested by the dealership. Request quotations for vehicle parts and accessories purchases. Receive fuel deliveries and supervise vehicle refueling. Monitor vehicle documents (registration, insurance, IPVA, etc.) and ensure timely updates. Conduct inquiries and research with the risk management provider. Perform vehicle checklists. Provide support to management in vehicle and telematics monitoring. Report traffic violations, confirming the driver in the monitoring system and notifying the relevant authorities within the established deadline. Analyze fleet operational cost reports and implement actions to reduce expenses. Previous experience as Fleet Manager, Fleet Coordinator, Fleet Specialist, or Fleet Supervisor may indicate suitability for some of the responsibilities of this position. High school diploma required.
