**Responsible for monitoring and controlling the company's vehicle fleet**, ensuring appropriate, safe, and efficient use of automobiles. Primarily works on monitoring vehicle tracking systems, identifying route deviations, signal failures, and behaviors outside established operational standards.
**Main Responsibilities**
* Monitor fleet vehicles daily via the tracking system;
* Identify and record route deviations, speeding, unscheduled stops, and loss of tracker signal;
* Contact responsible parties for drivers to clarify incidents and record justifications;
* Prepare daily and weekly fleet performance and movement reports;
* Monitor usage and consumption indicators (mileage, usage time, fueling, etc.);
* Manage schedules for preventive and corrective vehicle maintenance;
* Support vehicle release and retrieval processes;
* Update driver and vehicle registrations on control platforms;
* Propose operational improvements based on tracking data and incident history.

**Working Hours**
Monday to Friday, from 7:00 AM to 4:30 PM, with a 1.5-hour lunch break; Saturdays from 8:00 AM to 11:00 AM.
