Job Summary: A professional responsible for managing the vehicle fleet, controlling operational costs, and ensuring compliance with policies and legislation, pursuing continuous improvement. Supplier negotiation and compliance assurance Description: * Bachelor's degree in Administration, Logistics, Engineering, or related fields; * Knowledge of fleet management and systems; * Understanding of traffic legislation, leasing contracts, automotive maintenance, and cost control; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office. Ensure delivery of NORMATEL's Value Proposition by providing customers with a positive, enjoyable, and innovative experience; Comply with general store policies and processes, suggesting improvements when necessary; Manage the vehicle fleet (owned and outsourced), ensuring availability and compliance with internal policies and applicable legislation. Control operational costs (fuel, maintenance, tolls, insurance, leasing, fines, and taxes). Monitor and analyze fleet performance indicators (fuel consumption, mileage, cost per vehicle, accidents, etc.). Negotiate with suppliers and service providers (leasing companies, repair shops, insurers, and dealerships). Ensure timely updating and regularization of vehicle and driver documentation. Support the development and review of fleet-related policies and procedures. Conduct fleet audit, inventory, and verification processes. Identify opportunities for cost reduction and operational improvement. Coordinate and support field staff activities, as needed.
