At KONA TRANSPORTES, we seek a Fleet Analyst to strategically manage and control tires, ensuring efficiency, safety, and reduction of operational costs. Specializing in the transportation of dry, refrigerated, and frozen foods, we serve food service sector clients in partnership with PLATLOG and REFRIO companies. We are experiencing continuous growth and seek professionals who wish to grow alongside us! **Location:** Rua Wilhelm Winter, 301 – Distrito Industrial, Jundiaí/SP **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, from 08:00 to 17:48 **Responsibilities:** * Perform complete tire management, including inventory control, movements, balancing, rotation, and retreading; * Monitor tire scrapping and inflation, analyzing causes of irregular wear and premature losses; * Develop and maintain updated fleet performance indicators (CPK, retreadings, service life, etc.); * Ensure tire mapping and traceability within the system, controlling fleet, inventory, and scrapping; * Collaborate with the operations team to propose process improvements and cost reductions; * Support the manager in analyzing data and preparing technical reports related to the fleet. **Prerequisites:** * Education: Bachelor’s degree completed; * Experience: Minimum of 3 years in this role or related areas (fleet management, tires, or maintenance); * Technical knowledge: Tire types, applications per axle and operation type, retreading and scrapping criteria; * Computer skills: Intermediate Microsoft Office; knowledge of KMM ERP and Power BI is a plus; * Analytical, communicative profile with ownership mindset and results orientation. **Benefits:** * Medical assistance * Dental assistance * Fuel allowance * Food basket * Free parking * Profit sharing * Life insurance * Transportation voucher Minimum Education Level: Bachelor’s Degree
