Focus on transportation routines and team leadership **Driver Supervisor** We are hiring a **Driver Supervisor** to lead and supervise the driver team, ensuring route compliance, transportation safety, and operational efficiency in logistics. **Responsibilities:** * Supervise the driver team, providing guidance and assigning daily routes and tasks * Monitor transportation service execution, ensuring punctuality and quality * Manage work schedules, working hours, and compliance with traffic and transportation legislation * Conduct vehicle checklists and inspections, identifying needs for preventive or corrective maintenance * Support document control (driver's licenses, certificates, training records, etc.) * Track performance indicators (fuel consumption, mileage, route time, etc.) * Serve as the liaison between drivers and the administrative/logistics department **Requirements:** * Proven experience as a Driver Supervisor, Team Leader, or Driver Supervisor * Valid driver's license matching required category (minimum Category E) * Knowledge of transportation and logistics routines * Skills in team leadership and problem-solving * Organizational skills, accountability, and strong communication ability **Preferred Qualifications:** * Certifications such as MOPP, defensive driving, or fleet management * Experience with route planning and monitoring systems (GPS/tracking) Employment Type: Full-time, CLT Permanent Contract Compensation: R$4\.115,90 per month Benefits: * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Experience: * Driver Supervisor (Mandatory) License/Certification: * National Driver's License Category E (Mandatory)
