The professional will play a fundamental role in monitoring operations and ensuring compliance with the multinational’s standards and processes. **Main Responsibilities** * Support planning and control of bus transportation operations * Perform administrative tasks related to logistics (data entry, controls, reports, and filing) * Monitor schedules, routes, timetables, and fleet availability * Support vehicle and driver documentation control * Maintain contact with suppliers, service providers, and internal departments * Assist in monitoring logistics KPIs (costs, deadlines, efficiency) * Ensure compliance with processes, internal policies, and company standards **Requirements** * Completed high school education (technical or higher education in Logistics, Administration, or related fields is desirable) * Prior experience in administrative or logistics roles, preferably involving transportation * Knowledge of administrative routines and operational controls * Organizational skills, attention to detail, and strong communication abilities * Proficiency in working with systems and spreadsheets **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience in passenger transportation or bus fleet management * Experience working in multinational companies or structured-process environments * Familiarity with logistics KPIs Job Type: Full-time CLT Salary: R$3.700,00 per month Benefits: * Medical assistance * Life insurance * Meal allowance * Food voucher * Transportation voucher Work Location: On-site
