Description:
* Completed high school;
* Basic computer skills;
* Proficiency in MS Office suite tools;
* Google tools (Sheets, Docs).

* Skill in using formulas to automate spreadsheet population;
* Data analysis and manipulation to generate insights;

* Preparation of reports, forms, or spreadsheets as requested;
* Updating area-related KPIs when necessary; actively participating in organizational meetings and commitments when requested;
* Use of personal and collective protective equipment when required;

CHECKLISTS AND VEHICLE WASHING
* Conduct quality audits of vehicle washing, adhesive application and/or customizations, bodywork, upholstery, tires, and other items;
* Document non-conformities and request repairs for applicable items when necessary;
* Perform vehicle delivery and return inspections;
* Communicate to drivers departmental policies regarding washing, maintenance, refueling, accidents, inspections, consumption parameters, driving rules, and other relevant and necessary information;
* Document identified non-conformities and forward procedures for deductions in case of identified non-conformities;
FUEL MANAGEMENT
* Open tickets for vehicle customization and coordinate expense allocation to the correct cost center;
* Register and/or update washing frequency, mileage, and fuel allowance parameters per driver profile;
* Coordinate issuance, signature collection, verification, and digital vehicle usage agreement linking;
* Monitor fuel balances and request top-ups when necessary;
* Review driver mileage and fuel history to suggest adjustments to registered targets and parameters if needed;
VEHICLE DOCUMENTATION
* Coordinate vehicle license plate registration;
* Perform initial registration and/or updates of vehicles and drivers in company control platforms;
* Coordinate vehicle licensing renewals;
* Handle vehicle documentation regularization in cases of incidents (e.g., lost plates), transfer of documentation for purchased or sold vehicles, and other required regularization actions;
* Monitor road safety by tracking unsafe driver behaviors via GPS tools;
* Identify training needs and coordinate road safety training and capacity-building for drivers;
* Monitor vehicle GPS equipment operation, reporting repair needs when required;
* Coordinate and follow up with monitoring companies in cases of vehicle theft or robbery;
* Track received traffic fines and notifications, identify responsible drivers, and handle appropriate procedures.
