Managing traffic fines and organizing scheduling **Position:** Administrative Assistant – Vehicle Fleet Area We are seeking an Administrative Assistant to manage our vehicle fleet! If you are organized, detail-oriented, and enjoy working with data and systems, this role may be perfect for you. **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (On-site at our office in Alphaville/SP) Saturday, from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM (Remote work) **Compensation and Benefits:** **Salary:** 2\.400,00 Meal Allowance (BRL 27.00/day) Transportation Allowance (calculated per route) All-in-One Health Card Life Insurance **Your Key Responsibilities:** Support fleet management and telematics monitoring Develop and track performance indicators Analyze data and propose process improvements Manage traffic fine procedures and driver assignments Organize scheduling and periodic reporting **What We’re Looking For:** Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially intermediate Excel) Familiarity with fleet and telematics management systems **Preferred:** Experience with Flex Frota and Vec Fleet systems Strong communication skills, organizational ability, and common sense **Minimum Education Requirement:** High School Diploma (Secondary Education)
