We seek a professional who is organized, proactive, attentive to detail, and analytically minded to work on the **administrative control of our fleet and support departmental routines.** Main Responsibilities: ✔ Administrative control of the vehicle fleet ✔ Issuance and verification of invoices ✔ Monitoring of preventive and corrective maintenance ✔ Control of operational costs and expense reporting ✔ Management of vehicle documentation (traffic fines, licensing, and insurance) ✔ Coordination with repair shops, suppliers, and service providers ✔ Support for administrative routines within the department Requirements: ✔ Completed high school education (a college degree is a plus) ✔ Prior experience in administrative routines ✔ Proficiency in Excel (basic/intermediate level) ✔ Organization and attention to detail ✔ Organized, responsible, proactive profile with a sense of priority ✔ Strong communication skills and problem-solving ability Advantages: ⭐ Experience in fleet management ⭐ Knowledge of ERP systems ⭐ Basic understanding of logistics cost control Employment Type: Full-time CLT Compensation: Starting from R$3.100,00 per month Work Location: On-site
