Job Summary: A professional to operate and program wire EDM machines, design parts in AutoCAD, and ensure production quality. Key Highlights: 1. Ensuring quality, on-time delivery, and organization within the department **Wire EDM Operator and Programmer** **Requirements:** * Proficiency in AutoCAD for part design and machine programming; * Ability to read engineering drawings and perform metrology; * Completed high school education. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Technical course in Mechanical Engineering, Machining, or related fields; * Prior experience in metallurgical or precision machining industries. **Responsibilities:** * Design parts and program using the machine-integrated AutoCAD software; * Perform setup, workpiece clamping, and operation of CNC wire EDM machines; * Read and interpret engineering drawings including geometric tolerances; * Perform dimensional inspection using calipers and micrometers; * Define cutting parameters based on material type and part geometry; * Ensure quality, on-time delivery, and adherence to 5S standards in the department. **Salary:** To be discussed **Work Schedule:** * Monday to Thursday: 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM * Friday: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM **Benefits:** * Meals provided at the company; * Grocery basket awarded for attendance; * Transportation allowance; * Optional dental plan; * Tuition discount agreements with universities.
