Assemble and disassemble molds and dies, performing hydraulic and electrical tests. Repair wear-related damage to hydraulic and pneumatic components. Organize and store molds and dies. Perform machining operations on lathes, milling machines, and grinders. Organize the department and manage replacement parts inventory. Record maintenance activities performed on molds and dies. Analyze failures and implement corrective actions. Ensure maintenance conditions comply with received SM instructions and complete fields under one's responsibility. Use personal protective equipment and report hazards and risks that may compromise the health and safety of all personnel. Previous experience as a Tool Mechanic, Machine Operator, Tooling Technician, or Tooling Specialist may indicate alignment with some of the responsibilities of this position.
