We have an opening for you to become an **Expert Select One**, where you will be hired as a Specialist—the primary subject-matter expert in your area. **Your role here will be:** You will serve clients at the beginning of their journey in the Select universe, ensuring a premium digital experience focused on convenience, efficiency, and human proximity in a remote environment. **Key Responsibilities** * Serve and engage customers entirely digitally (chat/video/app); * Update Select portfolio clients, highlighting segment benefits and differentiators; * Conduct consultative sales of low-complexity credit, investment, and insurance products; * Collect and update client data; * Stay familiar with digital solutions, especially within the Santander ecosystem; * Resolve requests remotely. **Behavioral and Technical Competencies** * Advanced knowledge of customer experience; * Experience in sales and proficiency using digital tools. **Education/Certifications** * CPA 10 (mandatory); * Applicable experience in remote customer service; * Proficiency in digital service channels, customer journey, and financial products.
