In this role, you will: • Serve clients at the beginning of their journey in the Select universe, with monthly income ranging from R$7,000.00 to R$15,000.00 or investments between R$100,000.00 and R$300,000.00, ensuring a premium digital experience focused on convenience, efficiency, and human proximity in a remote environment. • In this model, you will manage up to 1,500 clients. Key Responsibilities: • 100% digital client service (chat/video/app); • Update clients in the Select portfolio, presenting segment benefits and differentiators; • Conduct consultative sales of low-complexity products in credit, investments, and insurance; • Collect and update data; • Resolve requests remotely; • Maintain familiarity with digital solutions, focusing on the Santander ecosystem.
