Job Summary: Support the Cost Estimation Engineering team in preparing budgets and technical proposals by conducting surveys, analyses, and organizing information. Key Highlights: 1. Support the preparation of technical and commercial proposals Support the Cost Estimation Engineering team in preparing budgets and technical proposals by conducting surveys, document analyses, and organizing information, ensuring agility, accuracy, and adherence to deadlines in tenders. * Assist in analyzing tender notices, terms of reference, and descriptive memoranda * Conduct quantity surveys (materials, labor, and services) * Support the preparation of budget spreadsheets and cost compositions * Enter and update data in budgeting systems (Excel and Sienge) * Request and track quotations from suppliers and service providers * Organize technical and commercial documentation for participation in tenders * Support the assembly of technical and commercial proposals * Monitor proposal submission deadlines * Update cost and supplier databases * Assist in preparing departmental reports and controls Technical course in Building Construction completed, or Civil Engineering (or related fields) degree program in progress required Prior experience in administrative, engineering, procurement, and budgeting routines required Experience reading drawings and analyzing technical documents is desirable Intermediate Excel proficiency (mandatory) Salary R$4\.448,32 \+ Transportation Allowance \+ Meal Allowance R$31,80 \+ Life Insurance \+ Health Insurance with co-payment \+ Pharmacy benefit based on usage Working hours: 08:00–18:00 Monday to Thursday; 08:00–17:00 Friday Minimum Education: Technical Course
