Job Summary: We are seeking a curious and energetic intern to join our team, serving as a key contributor in continuous improvement and innovation projects while supporting tax and accounting routines. What we expect from you: * Support invoice registration in the system by verifying XML files. * Assist in tax reconciliations, including ICMS, IPI, and other taxes. * Support issuance of packaging invoices, return-of-loan invoices, export sample invoices, and PENF. * Contribute to preparing the monthly monitoring report for invoices in transit between units. * Support organizing and maintaining physical and digital departmental files. * Assist in entering municipal tax (ISS) payment slips into the system. * Support monthly ISS calculation under guidance from the responsible team. * Support controlling inbound invoices with tax benefits submitted to competent authorities. * Support departmental routines by interacting with the team and learning sector processes. * Assist in issuing fiscal correction letters. * Support sending XML files and DANFE copies to customers. * Support issuing GNRE and DARE tax payment slips. * Participate in GECT Management alignment meetings, focusing on learning and integration. * Assist in completing surveys requested by IBGE. * Support recording CESP payments and other bank slips. **Qualifications** * Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Accounting; * Proficient in Microsoft Office suite; * Teamwork skills; * Communication skills. Internship Schedule: 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM (with 1-hour lunch break). *Work Location: Belgo Osasco* First three months: 100% on-site.
