Description
Your responsibilities:
* Plan, monitor, and analyze institutional, operational, and structural projects of the Club, ensuring adherence to methodologies, internal standards, and the organization’s strategic objectives;
* Conduct technical analyses and feasibility studies—operational, financial, and structural—for new projects, renovations, events, improvements, and developments;
* Evaluate projects submitted to the Project Office (PMO), providing technical feedback, validating documentation, analyzing risks, assessing operational coherence, and tracking required adjustments;
* Analyze and monitor project schedules, action plans, operational workflows, and performance indicators;
* Ensure compliance with agreed deadlines by proactively identifying risks, bottlenecks, and impediments that may impact deliverables;
* Produce managerial reports and executive presentations containing clear information on progress, risks, feasibility, costs, impacts, and project status;
* Monitor the execution of approved projects, ensuring compliance with the initial plan, delivery quality, and adherence to institutional approvals;
* Support standardization of processes, forms, methodologies, and internal workflows related to project management and continuous improvement;
* Provide technical support to directorates and management teams in decision-making regarding investments, structural improvements, and strategic projects.
* Provide occasional support for parties and events
Requirements: Education: Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree in Administration, Engineering, Project Management, Business Process Management, Architecture, or related fields. **Prior experience with a Project Management Office (PMO);**
* Knowledge of project management methodologies;
* Experience in feasibility analysis and monitoring of construction works, renovations, or structural projects;
Technical Knowledge:
* Project management and monitoring;
* Development and analysis of schedules, operational workflows, and action plans;
* Operational, financial, and structural feasibility analysis;
* Process organization, standardization, and improvement;
* Preparation of managerial reports, executive presentations, and performance indicators;
* Critical analytical ability, risk identification, and solution proposal;
* Intermediate or advanced proficiency in Excel, Microsoft Office suite, and project management tools;
* Strong technical writing skills and ability to draft institutional documents;
* Proficiency in facilitating meetings and cross-departmental alignment;
* Familiarity with project management methodologies is considered a plus.
Preferred Qualifications:
* Prior experience with a Project Management Office (PMO);
* Knowledge of project management methodologies;
* Experience in feasibility analysis and monitoring of construction works, renovations, or structural projects;
Schedule: Tuesday to Saturday (8:00 AM to 6:00 PM)
Days off: Sundays and Mondays
Salary: R$ 4.924,68 (after 3 months of experience: R$ 5.222,82)
