Support post-delivery customer service for construction projects 2. Assist in cost control and financial resource utilization 3. Support the supervision and oversight of repair construction projects Description: * Education: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related fields (completed or currently pursuing). * Proficiency in Excel and cost control. * Familiarity with technical support, post-construction, or civil construction processes is considered an advantage. * Support technical staff in post-delivery customer service for construction projects, contributing to continuous process improvement and increased customer satisfaction. * Assist the GAPE manager in regional cost control through dedicated spreadsheets, ensuring appropriate use of the company's financial resources. * Support the GAPE manager in supervising and overseeing complex repair construction projects, including those arising from judicial proceedings or external requests, ensuring quality, adherence to deadlines, and previously agreed-upon costs. * Conduct, with support from technical staff, inspections for acceptance of common-area construction works, verifying quality and compliance with all pre-established requirements, ensuring final product excellence. 2511280202191772498
