We are looking for an organized, detail-oriented, and committed individual who enjoys working with financial routines and pays close attention to processes and deadlines. **Key responsibilities:** * Issue service and product invoices; * Record invoices in internal systems and client platforms; * Generate payment slips and send them for collection; * Monitor incoming payments and update financial spreadsheets; * Support bank reconciliations and monthly closing; * Provide customer service and support for billing- and collection-related inquiries. **Requirements** * Organizational skills and attention to detail; * Responsibility regarding deadlines and processes; * Strong communication skills and proactivity; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel; * Prior experience issuing invoices, payment slips, and handling financial routines is desirable. **Working hours** Monday to Friday \- 8:00 AM to 5:48 PM (with a 1-hour lunch break) **Compensation and benefits** * Salary: R$ 1\.914,00; * Meal allowance: R$ 643,50; * Transportation allowance, as needed; * Life insurance; * Gympass; * Hot coffee every day; * Rest area for employees. **Employment type and work location:** CLT – On-site *Avenida Palmeira Imperial, No. 225 \- Bosque dos Buritis Neighborhood – Uberlândia/MG.* If you seek professional growth and wish to join a company in full expansion, this opportunity may be right for you. **\#JoinCIA** Payment: R$1\.914,00 per month Benefits: * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Work location: On-site
