Job Summary: Professional to assist in logistics operations planning and control, monitor orders, and optimize processes, ensuring tax and operational compliance. Key Highlights: 1. Development in transportation and inventory planning and control **Key Responsibilities:** * Assist in planning and controlling transportation and goods distribution operations; * Issue and/or verify electronic invoices (NF\-e), electronic transport manifests (CT\-e), and fiscal document manifests (MDF\-e), ensuring tax and document compliance; * Monitor orders, delivery deadlines, and logistics incidents, updating internal systems; * Support inventory control, cyclic inventory, and material receipt/shipment verification; * Liaise with carriers and suppliers to track deliveries and resolve pending issues; * Contribute to continuous improvement of logistics processes by proposing operational adjustments; * Use ERP/WMS systems to record and track activities; * Ensure compliance with company safety regulations and internal policies. **Requirements:** **Education:** * Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress in Logistics, Business Administration, Production Engineering, or related fields. **Technical Knowledge:** * Intermediate Microsoft Office suite (Excel with basic formulas, filters, and pivot tables); * Basic knowledge of ERP and/or WMS systems; * Understanding of transportation, warehousing, and supply chain processes; * Knowledge of fiscal document issuance (NF\-e, CT\-e, MDF\-e). **Desirable:** * Prior experience in logistics routines and/or logistics billing. **Behavioral Competencies:** * Organization and attention to detail * Proactivity and sense of urgency * Strong communication and teamwork skills * Analytical ability and results orientation * Adaptability to dynamic environments Employment Type: Full-time, CLT permanent contract Compensation: R$2\.786,00 per month Benefits: * Medical assistance * Life insurance * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance
