Job Summary: Professional responsible for issuing and verifying fiscal invoices, managing billing activities, and supporting fiscal and documentary routines. Key Highlights: 1. Issuance of fiscal invoices (NF-e / NFS-e) 2. Support in tax control and tax legislation 3. Development of billing/ERP systems * Issue fiscal invoices (NF\-e / NFS\-e) according to orders and contracts; * Verify fiscal, registration, and value data prior to issuance; * Record and manage billing entries in the system; * Assist in sending fiscal invoices and bills to customers; * Monitor billing deadlines and resolve simple discrepancies; * Support tax control (ISS, ICMS, PIS, COFINS) as directed; * Organize and archive fiscal documents; * Assist in basic billing reconciliation; * Respond to internal requests related to billing; * Comply with fiscal regulations, legal deadlines, and internal procedures; * Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree in Administration, Accounting, Accountancy, Financial Management, or related fields.
