




Job Summary: We are seeking a professional to lead the onboarding and implementation of ERP software for clients, ensuring smooth adaptation and initial success on the platform. We are one of the fastest-growing technology companies in the country and are looking for someone eager to grow alongside us, directly contributing to the success of new clients from their very first steps on the platform. **\#JoinOmie** **Responsibilities and Duties** **On a daily basis, you will:** * Conduct 4–5 online training sessions per day with clients of diverse profiles, ensuring delivery of 15–20 implemented clients per month; * Lead structured onboarding for new clients—from initial diagnostics through system activation; * Map client business processes to ensure alignment with ERP functionality and best management practices; * Provide advisory support and guidance during initial platform configuration and parameterization; * Design and deliver training tailored to different user profiles, ensuring clarity, pedagogical effectiveness, and user autonomy in using features; * Create and manage the implementation schedule, coordinating training sessions and client alignment meetings; * Identify risks, bottlenecks, and dependencies, proposing timely course corrections and practical solutions to maintain project progress; * Log all stages, decisions, milestones, and next steps in the CRM to ensure traceability and delivery quality; * Monitor activation, engagement, and success metrics, implementing data-driven actions to guarantee the “first value”; * Collaborate closely with Sales, Product, Support, and Customer Success teams to ensure seamless transitions and continuity throughout the customer journey; * Collect structured feedback on the client experience and contribute to continuous improvement of implementation processes. **Requirements and Qualifications** **What you need to succeed in this role:** * Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress, preferably in Administration, Accounting, Economics, or Information Technology; * Basic knowledge of administrative and financial processes (Accounts Payable/Receivable, invoicing, cash flow); * Experience in Customer Success involving implementation of complex B2B software, preferably ERP, POS, and related systems; * Ability to conduct training and deliver clear, pedagogical communication to audiences with varying levels of maturity; * Experience managing a client portfolio—including CRM updates, recording feedback, and scheduling upcoming training sessions; * Ability to manage projects with defined timelines, regular follow-up rituals, and scope control; * Analytical thinking and ability to interpret implementation metrics and KPIs; * Strong organizational skills, discipline, and ability to produce structured documentation; * Proactive, collaborative, and results-oriented profile. **Nice-to-have qualifications:** * Knowledge of ERP fundamentals and key modules; * Basic understanding of Brazilian tax legislation (taxes, fiscal documents, primary and ancillary obligations); * Prior experience in technology consulting or consultative roles; * Basic knowledge of fiscal operations and accounting routines; * Experience in the SaaS market, especially with ERP systems; * Experience implementing solutions for enterprise clients or high-complexity projects; * Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools; * Fluency in English and/or Spanish to conduct training and client support; * Certifications related to Customer Success, Project Management, or ERP systems; * Participation in junior enterprises, volunteering, hackathons, or similar experiences. **Skills that help you assess whether this role fits you:** * High energy and proactivity; * Clear, concise, and pedagogical communication; * Ability to build and maintain trusted relationships with clients; * Excellence in expectation management and handling difficult conversations; * Emotional intelligence and empathy to interact effectively with diverse profiles and stages of the customer journey; * Exceptional organization, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize multiple tasks; * Logical reasoning and data-driven thinking; * Ease facilitating structured follow-up rituals and meetings; * Ability to work under pressure while maintaining quality and clarity in deliverables; * Proactivity and motivation to solve problems; * Consultative mindset and willingness to guide clients toward optimal ERP usage practices; * Experience with goals and OKRs; * Affinity for structured routines; * Familiarity with CRM tools. **Additional Information** Flexible Benefit/Meal Allowance: BRL 45.00 per business day.
