This position offers significant exposure to strategic projects and technical\-commercial development. **Proposal Analyst (HyService)** Proposal Analyst (HyService) **Key Responsibilities** * Lead the full proposal lifecycle, from tender analysis through handover to execution * Analyze tender documents, technical requirements, and commercial conditions, identifying critical items * Consolidate inputs from various departments (Sales, Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, Tax) to formulate proposals * Prepare cost sheets, assumptions, and pricing support documentation * Assist in developing project schedules and cash flow statements * Support deadline tracking and proposal process monitoring * Participate in project risk and assumption identification * Consolidate technical proposals, commercial proposals, and qualification documentation **Requirements** * 1–4 years of experience in technical-commercial proposals or related fields * Experience in at least some of the following areas: + Technical-commercial proposal structuring + Cost modeling and pricing fundamentals + Financial modeling and project cash flow analysis + Technical-commercial and contractual risk analysis * Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, or related fields * Advanced English (Spanish is desirable) * Advanced Excel proficiency
