Act as a facilitator in defining budgetary guidelines, analyzing performance, and implementing corrective actions, promoting cross-departmental integration and transparency in financial management. Responsibilities and Duties * Develop and review the annual budget plan, aligning strategic goals with financial projections; * Continuously monitor financial and operational performance, analyze variances, and propose corrective actions; * Consolidate performance reports, presenting key indicators and variance analyses to senior management; * Coordinate revenue and expense forecasting processes, ensuring adherence to established targets; * Promote integration across departments to optimize resource utilization and achieve defined objectives; * Lead financial planning and control teams, fostering technical development and a results-oriented culture; * Ensure compliance of activities with internal policies, legislation, and sound governance practices; * Support investment project development and economic feasibility analysis; * Participate in strategic meetings, contributing financial and goal-related information for decision-making. Requirements and Qualifications * Completed undergraduate degree in Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, or related fields; * Knowledge of budget management and cost analysis; * Familiarity with performance indicators; * Proficiency in financial planning tools (e.g., ERP, Advanced Excel); * Knowledge of the GPD Method (Management by Guidelines); * Certifications in financial management or controllership are advantageous; * Intermediate English for reading reports and technical documents. 2512200202551928932
