Responsibilities ● Store opening and/or closing; ● Plan and control restaurant routines, as well as sales, cash closing, finance, and procurement; ● Train front-of-house staff and monitor kitchen team development; ● Prepare managerial reports; ● Oversee unit delivery operations; ● Monitor team development with feedback; ● Training evaluation; ● Customer service; ● Create staff schedules for personnel under your leadership; ● Supervise administrative procedures.
