Act as a strategic business partner to the executive management The company is seeking a Financial Manager in Curitiba (Uberaba). **Responsibilities:** Lead financial planning (budgeting, forecasting, and projections). Manage cash flow, working capital, and financing needs. Ensure accuracy of financial statements in collaboration with Accounting. Design and monitor financial KPIs and management reports. Develop internal policies and controls to mitigate risks. Negotiate with banks, suppliers, and strategic partners. Act as a business partner to the executive management and other departments. Previous experience as Finance Director, Finance Coordinator, Finance Supervisor, or Senior Financial Analyst may indicate alignment with some responsibilities of this position. Bachelor's degree required.
