Critical financial analysis and process optimization Main Responsibilities: Complete the third-party contractor payment spreadsheet; Issue payment orders; Facilitate information flow by communicating between third-party and internal teams regarding financial matters; Conduct critical financial analysis and issue reports for coordination and management; Collaborate with the finance department to ensure effective payment to third-party contractors; Work with company departments to optimize processes and integrate administrative and financial operations. Education/Experience/Knowledge: Bachelor's degree in Administration, Accounting, or related fields. Experience in finance roles (healthcare sector experience is a plus). Proficiency in management tools, spreadsheets, and information systems (healthcare sector experience is a plus).
