JOB: FINANCIAL AND CONTROLLER ASSISTANT Santo André – SP (On-site) Salary: BRL 2.800,00 Monday to Friday, from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM Benefits: Transportation Allowance + Meal Allowance About the Position We seek an organized, detail-oriented professional with a strong desire to grow, to work as a Financial and Controller Assistant, directly supporting coordination and general management in the company’s administrative and financial routines. This is an opportunity for those who wish to develop strategic vision and grow in the field. ️ Key Responsibilities Support cash flow control and organization Assist in preparing and updating the Management Income Statement (DRE) Perform financial entries and data verification Support operational and industrial cost control Provide support for tax and fiscal routine tasks Assist in preparing management reports and KPIs Organize documents and support interface with accounting Support day-to-day administrative and financial routines Support General Management’s requests * ️ Requirements Currently enrolled in or graduated from Administration, Accounting, Economics, or related fields Experience or exposure in finance, administration, or controller areas Basic/intermediate Excel knowledge Familiarity with cash flow and financial organization Organized, analytical, and proactive profile * Preferred Qualifications Knowledge of DRE and financial indicators Experience with tax/fiscal routines Proficiency with ERP systems What We Seek A committed professional who enjoys organization and numbers, and who wishes to learn and grow within the company.
