




Job Summary: The Assistant Restaurant Manager supports the manager in the overall administration of operations, leads the team, and ensures service quality and adherence to company standards. This role directly involves team leadership, conflict resolution, and monitoring of operational and financial performance. **Key Responsibilities:** * Assist in team management (scheduling, training, and performance monitoring) * Ensure excellence in customer service * Supervise dining room, bar, and kitchen operations * Manage inventory, orders, and stocktaking * Monitor sales targets and performance indicators * Support financial control and cost reduction * Resolve operational incidents and customer complaints * Ensure compliance with health regulations and company standards * Act as manager in their absence **Requirements:** * Prior leadership experience in restaurants, bars, or food service areas * Knowledge of team management and dining room operations * Strong communication skills and professional demeanor * Organizational ability and proactivity * Flexible availability (including weekends and holidays) **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience with restaurant management systems * Education in gastronomy, hospitality, or business administration * Experience with sales targets and performance metrics Employment Type: Full-time CLT Salary: R$1.800,00 \- R$2.300,00 per month Benefits: * Corporate agreements and commercial discounts * Transportation allowance Selection Question(s): * How many years of experience do you have in this field/role?
