Here, we value committed, collaborative professionals who enjoy challenges, within a dynamic, technical environment offering significant professional development opportunities. **Responsibilities and duties** * Plan, coordinate, and execute agricultural operations related to the unit's crops; * Lead, guide, and develop the field technical and operational team; * Serve as the interface between agricultural and livestock areas; * Participate in developing and monitoring the unit's annual budget; * Monitor operational and financial indicators, comparing actual performance against budget; * Ensure compliance with internal standards, corporate policies, and safety procedures; * Maintain close involvement with operations, pursuing efficiency, productivity, and continuous process improvement; * Support regional management in decision-making and farm strategy. **Requirements and qualifications** * Completed undergraduate degree in Agronomy or related fields; * Proven experience with soybean and corn crops; * Experience in livestock, including breeding and rearing; * Experience managing field teams and operations; * Knowledge of agricultural management systems; * SAP knowledge is considered a plus; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite; * Organized, proactive profile with strong communication skills and decision-making ability; * Willingness to work on-site in Querência/MT. **Additional information** * CLT employment contract; * Life insurance; * Health and dental plans fully covered (100%) by the company; * Christmas bonus; * Collaborative environment with a strong development culture and close proximity to operations; * Opportunity for growth within one of Brazil's leading agribusiness companies.
